Contact Cashout Check
One person reads every message and replies, so a specific message gets a specific answer and a generic one probably does not get a reply at all.
Corrections Are the Useful Ones
This site quotes operators' own terms with the date we read them, and terms in this category change without announcement. If a quotation here no longer matches what the sportsbook publishes, that is worth telling us. Include the sportsbook, the page and what it says now, and we will re-check it and re-date it. Corrections of that kind are the single most useful message we receive, and they are the reason the dates are on the page in the first place.
If a Payout Has Gone Wrong
We cannot intervene. Cashout Check has no relationship with any operator beyond an affiliate link, no account access and no leverage — and anyone in this category telling you otherwise is overstating what an affiliate site is.
What is worth doing first is on the front page under the section about stalled withdrawals: check the rollover, the deposit clearance, the per-request cap and whether your balance dipped below the requested amount, because between them those four explain most payouts that appear to have stopped. If all four are clear, ask the operator in writing for the specific clause being applied and keep the answer.
For Operators
Factual corrections with a source are welcome and get the same treatment as anyone else's. Requests to remove an accurate finding, to approve copy before publication, or to discuss placement in the ranking do not, and there is nothing to negotiate: no position on this site has ever been for sale.
Things to Write to Somebody Else About
- Account, deposit or bonus problems at any sportsbook — we have no access to your account.
- Guest posts, link exchanges and sponsored placements.
- Anything about betting from a jurisdiction where it is not permitted, or about working around identity checks.
