The Terms of Using This Site
Using Cashout Check means accepting what is set out below. It is short, because the site does one thing.
Information, Not Advice
Everything here describes what operators publish and what public records contain. It is not financial advice, not legal advice, and not a recommendation that you gamble. Whether to open an account at any sportsbook covered here is your decision and the consequences are yours.
Accuracy, and the Date Attached to It
Every factual claim on this site carries the date we read its source, and those dates are next to the claims rather than in a footer. We make that effort because terms in this category change without announcement — one sportsbook covered here cut its withdrawal limits in stages before it stopped paying altogether.
What follows from that is a limit on what we can promise: a quotation is accurate as of its date and we do not warrant that it is still current today. If a date looks old to you, treat the claim as old and check the operator's page. Corrections are welcome through contact.
What We Can and Cannot Do for You
Cashout Check partners with the sites it rates and may earn a commission when you join through them — see the disclosure. We do not run any betting site: we have no account access, no influence over their decisions, and no ability to intervene in a dispute between you and any of them.
Your Responsibility for Where You Are
Gambling law differs by country and, in the United States, by state. You are responsible for knowing what applies where you are and for acting within it. Nothing here is an assurance that using any operator is lawful in your jurisdiction, and nothing here explains how to get around a restriction.
Where Our Liability Ends
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Cashout Check is not liable for losses arising from use of it or of any site reached from it, including gambling losses and any balance an operator fails to pay.
Content
The writing and the assessments here are ours. Quotations from operators' terms belong to those operators and are reproduced for comment and comparison, with their source and date shown each time.
