Cashout Check

If Betting Has Stopped Being a Choice

1-800-GAMBLER. Free, confidential, every hour of every day, across the United States. You can call it or text it. It is not a hotline for emergencies only — the most common call is from someone who is not sure whether they have a problem, which is exactly the right time to ring.

There is also live chat and a helpline finder at ncpgambling.org, run by the National Council on Problem Gambling, and free peer support through Gamblers Anonymous, which lists local and online meetings.

18+ Only

Nothing on Cashout Check is intended for anyone under 18, and no operator covered here should be accepting an account from someone under that age.

The Specific Problem With Offshore Sportsbooks

This site exists to compare operators outside US regulation, and it would be dishonest to write a responsible gambling page that ignored what that means for the tools you get.

A regulated US sportsbook is required to offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and to honor a state exclusion list that covers every licensed operator at once. The sportsbooks compared on this site are under no such obligation. Some offer some of those tools voluntarily. None of them is bound by a state exclusion list, so excluding yourself at one offshore sportsbook does not exclude you anywhere else, and an exclusion you agreed to with a regulated operator does not reach them at all.

That is a real gap and we are not going to soften it. If self-exclusion is something you are thinking about, the regulated route offers protection that nothing on this site can match, and that is a better reason to use a regulated sportsbook than any comparison we publish.

Things That Help and Do Not Depend on the Operator

What We Will Not Publish

Nothing on this site explains how to get around a self-exclusion, a block or an identity check, and nothing here recommends betting from a place where you should not. Those pages get traffic. We do not write them, and the build refuses content of that kind.
