Our Rating Method
At Cashout Check, every rated site is one we recommend and partner with, and since we only rate sites we recommend, ratings run from 4.7 to 5.0. Other sites we mention are not scored or linked. Here is exactly what goes into a rating.
What We Rate, and How Much Each Part Counts
| What we rate | Weight | Must be documented | Details |
|---|---|---|---|
| Payout speed | 0.25 | yes | How long it takes to get your money, counted from the moment you ask, not from the moment the sportsbook approves it. We read each sportsbook's own banking page and note the review period plus the transfer time, with crypto first because that is how most US bettors get paid offshore. Same-day crypto scores best. |
| Bonus value and rollover | 0.2 | yes | What the welcome offer is actually worth once you read the rollover. A $1,000 match with a 10x rollover beats a $3,000 match with a 30x rollover for most players, because you can realistically clear it. We read the bonus terms on the sportsbook's own site and note the date we checked them, since offers change often. |
| Betting markets and games | 0.15 | yes | How much you can actually bet on: the number of sports, live in-game betting, props, parlays, futures and a racebook. For a casino, the size of the game library, the software providers and live dealer tables. We count what the sportsbook or casino lists on its own site. |
| Withdrawal limits and rules | 0.15 | yes | How much you can take out per week or per day, how often you can ask, and what has to happen first: rollover, holds after a deposit, or documents. A weekly cap tells you how long a real balance takes to come out, so it counts more than the maximum per transaction. We read the sportsbook's own terms and banking pages. |
| Mobile experience | 0.1 | no | How well the site works on a phone. A dedicated app or a progressive web app you can add to your home screen scores best, a responsive mobile site scores well, and a desktop site that only shrinks scores worst. We check what the sportsbook offers and how it describes it. |
| Withdrawal fees | 0.1 | no | What a withdrawal costs, by method. Free crypto payouts score best, and a fee table that is published in full scores better than one that says fees depend on the amount and never shows the number. We read the sportsbook's own fee and banking pages and note the date we checked them. |
| Customer support | 0.05 | no | How you reach a person when something goes wrong, and when. Live chat, phone and email around the clock score best. One channel around the clock scores well, and limited hours or email only score worst. We read the sportsbook's own contact and help pages. |
From Facts to a Rating
Each part is rated against the description above, using what the site publishes on its own pages. With those ratings in front of them, our editors make the editorial call on each site's rating between 4.7 and 5.0 and its place in our list. A site is rated only when its own pages document each of the 4 must-have parts: payout speed, bonus value and rollover, betting markets and games, withdrawal limits and rules.
What Each Part Means for You
- Cashout speed: how many hours pass between asking for your money and seeing it in your wallet.
- Withdrawal limits: whether a big win comes out in one go or over several weeks.
- Fees: whether a crypto cashout is free, and whether the site tells you the price before you ask.
- Bonus and rollover: how much betting stands between the bonus and cash you can withdraw.
- Markets: whether the site covers the sports, props, parlays or casino games you actually play.
- Mobile: whether betting from your phone is smooth, with an app or a home-screen web app.
- Support: whether a real person answers when a cashout needs a nudge.
What a Rating Does Not Tell You
A rating reflects what a site publishes and what we checked on a given day. Offers, limits and fees can change without notice, so read the current terms before you deposit, and keep only what you plan to bet on any betting site.
Sources and Dates
We read banking pages, bonus terms, rules and help centers directly on each site, and we show the date we checked them. Bonuses change most often, so the offer on every card shows its own check date.
